Softfall Testing is a family-owned and operated business. Since our inception in 2017, we have conducted a range of inspections for councils, schools, and businesses all over Australia. We believe children are the future of the country and we want to minimise playground risk by inspecting and maintain playgrounds to ensure longevity of playground equipment.
We have over 20 years of experience with playground design, installation, maintenance. Our sister company NT Sports and Playground Surfacing has won multiple awards for design and construction, including the 2018 Kidsafe National Design Award.
Being a 21st century company, we believe in a data driven approach to mitigate risk and ensure safe playgrounds. We have partnered with Playground123, an asset management software tool. This enables us to provide our clients with quick and effective reporting, helping our clients access data quickly and reduce costs.
Uniformity and accuracy across all Softfall Testing playground inspections is achieved through providing a dedicated level 3 auditor for every job and ensuring reports are checked and sign off by a senior auditor prior to delivering any work to clients.
Softfall Testing have a long and successful track record of working with local governments, states and territory governments, schools and the private sector.
Softfall Testing has access to some of Australia’s foremost specialist and leaders in the playground industry. This includes close relationship with Playrope, Proludic, Will Play, and many other manufactures. These strong relationships with playground manufacturers and installers enhance the ability to conduct maintenance and get parts manufactured if required for discontinued lines or brands.
Softfall Testing recognises the need to quickly perform high quality inspections and provide details of non-compliance to allow for fast remediation. All inspections are done using a unique process to access all playgrounds (I.M.E – Identify, Manage and Eliminate).
Softfall Testing is a Sports and Play Industry Association (SAPIA), and Parks and Leisure Australia member.
